Kalki Koechlin is all ready to star Bhram web series, in psychological thriller Zee5 Bhram web series. Bhram features around a novelist (Kalki) with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and how she goes via a series of emotions while chasing a story.
“Bhram is an intriguing tale and the character I play is really complicated. I listened to the script and then kept mulling over it for days. It is almost terrorizing how the human brain thinks. I am looking forward to the release and the shoot on ZEE5,” Kalki claimed to the media in an interview. The web series will be helmed by Sangeeth Sivan.
“The script is tight and nuanced beautifully. I expect we are capable of translating this tale on TV. Kalki is a superb actor and it is amazing how she pays attention and closely listens to every minute detail during narration sessions and workshops. The journey has begun and I am eager and looking forward to viewers to watch it on ZEE5,” Sivan claimed.
Zee5 Bhram Release Date
Bhram shall premiere on ZEE5 in September 2019. Premieres 18th September 2019.
Kaafir, ZEE5’s one more female-centric series, starring Mohit Raina and Dia Mirza in the lead, attained a lot of admiration and the makers are pleased to show one more female-based project via Bhram. Dia played a suspected militant who has been taken into custody for many years. From the video we learn that her daughter was in the jail itself. Mohit Raina portrays the role of a journalist. He also seems to be a lawyer who (just for this case) begins his practice again.
Motivated by a real story, the show has been directed by Sonam Nair and authored by Bhavani. Dia Mirza had previously shared with the media: “Without disclosing too much, I can tell you that the web series is based on actual events. It is the most heart-rending, compelling, and beautiful tale I have ever listened to. I feel very lucky to play Kainaaz. The character and the regions that she goes, I have not experienced that earlier.”

The web show also features Sanjay Suri, Bhumika Chawla, Omkar Kapoor, and Eijaz Khan, among others. The shoot’s first schedule will happen in Shimla.
